Purchase procedure
The procedure for purchasing in our online shop is very simple.
Shopping cart
  1. Choose the product and the size you wish to purchase
  2. add the product to the cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART icon
  3. click on the shopping cart icon that appears in the top right corner of the website and click on GO TO CART
  4. now you will see the list of the chosen articles with some details: photo of the product, brand, code, colour, size, quantity (which may vary), cost of the article
  5. at this point you have the option of clicking on the icon on the left CONTINUE SHOPPING (which allows you to return to the selection of products and then add others to your basket), or the icon on the right PROCEED WITH ORDER (which takes you to the registration / payment page)
Registration
It is not compulsory to register in order to place an order, but it is advisable to do so in order to keep track of all orders placed.
To register you must fill in a form with these fields:
PERSONAL DATA:: name, surname, date of birth, gender
LOGIN DATA:: email address, password (to be entered twice for confirmation)
Consents
Acceptance of the privacy conditions is compulsory in order to proceed with the purchase, while you can freely decide whether to receive our newsletters (tick Marketing) and have your purchases profiled (tick Profiling).
To conclude the procedure, simply click on the CREATE ACCOUNT icon.
Confirm email
A confirmation email will be sent to the address used during the registration process. To activate the user, simply click on the link attached to this email. This procedure will only be proposed for the first purchase.
For subsequent purchases, simply log in with your username (which corresponds to your email address) and password (which you chose during the registration process).
If you lose your password, you can notify us by entering your email address in the space provided.
Payment
Before proceeding with the purchase, the system displays a summary of the order, which must be checked again in detail to ensure that everything is correct; the system also checks the actual availability of items in real time: In the event that one or more items are no longer available, the system gives a warning and does not consider the products to be unavailable when calculating the total value of the order.
As regards the amounts, the system will report:
Total value of the products in the shopping cart, VAT value applied (22%), total order value including VAT, shipping costs, any granted discounts (in addition to those already foreseen on the prices of individual articles), payment costs and final total of the order, which corresponds to the value to be paid by credit card, Paypal system, Sastispay, MyBank, Scalapay or Cash on Delivery.
It will also be possible to enter a discount code if available.
Click on the PROCEED AND PAY icon to access the area where you can enter your credit card or Paypal account details or the details of your other Sastispay, MyBank or Scalapay payment methods.
If you choose cash-on-delivery (available only in Italy) you will be asked for a surcharge of € 4,00 which has to be paid directly to the courier.
Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been successfully accepted.

The security of credit card payments is guaranteed by the latest authentication protocols offered by the international circuits Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
Online credit card transactions are carried out directly on the Bank's website and the purchaser's credit card information is entered directly on the website of the bank handling the transaction (with very high security systems); as there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer file of Biella Scarpe spa contains, or keeps, such data.
An alternative to paying by credit card is the PayPal system, which allows you to protect your credit card information through innovative security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never disclosed to the merchant and your personal details are not shared. It is a fast, reliable, secure method.
Scalapay, on the other hand, is a loan that allows you to pay for your order in 3 convenient, interest-free instalments. After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log into your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you don't have an account yet, you can create it on the Scalapay login page, before completing your order.
Satispay is an application that allows you to pay in all affiliated online and physical shops, exchange money, pay utility bills, car and motorbike tax, top up your phone credit and much more. Pay smart and find out more on satispay.com
MyBank is an electronic payment solution that allows you to pay with an immediate credit transfer through your bank's home banking service.
My account
Customers may consult their orders in the personal area accessed by clicking on "log in" or on "my account" at the top right of the screen.
Simply click on "MY ORDERS" in the menu on the left to view the details of your orders.
Shipping in Italy
Your purchases will be shipped using DHL-TNT-BRT-SDA-FEDEX couriers.
The standard rate for shipments in Italy is 5.90 euros and is applied only to orders of less than 49.00 euros (including VAT). For orders with an amount greater than or equal to 49.00 euros, shipping is free. For shipments to the UK the standard rate is 12 pounds and is applied only for orders of less than 99 pounds (including VAT), above this amount the shipping is free
The order is processed within 2 working days and then dispatched and delivered in Italy within 48 hours on average and 3-5 days in UK. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached.
In the case of urgent orders in Italy the customer has the option of selecting Express Delivery at an additional cost of €5.00. In this case the order is processed and handed over to the courier within the same working day if ordered before 11.00 a.m.. Otherwise it will be delivered the day after on average within 24-48 hours. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached.
In any case Biella Scarpe spa is not responsible for possible delays due to the courier. The shipment is intended as carriage paid to the customer, therefore the expenses and risks are at Biella Scarpe spa's expense.
Shipping to UK
Your purchases will be shipped to the UK using DHL-TNT-BRT- FEDEX couriers.
The standard rate for shipping to the UK is _____ and only applies to orders under ____ pounds (including VAT). For orders with an amount of _____ or more, shipping is free.
The order is processed within 2 working days. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached.
In any case Biella Scarpe spa is not responsible for possible delays due to the courier. The shipment is intended as carriage paid to the customer, therefore the expenses and risks are at Biella Scarpe spa's expense.
Discount codes
Do you have a discount code? Enter it during the payment in the " Discount Codes " section and you will immediately see the total amount decrease according to the applied discount.
Returns and refunds
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased on our website www.contescarpemoda.it (as provided for by Article 64 of the Consumer Code, Law 206/2005) and proceed to request a refund as indicated below.

Return and exchange procedures
  1. The products must be returned intact: unused and undamaged, accompanied by the identification tag attached and placed in their original packaging. If the shoe packaging is damaged, the return will not be accepted.
    It is also essential that the products are packaged in a container suitable for transport, for example the original packaging box received. Packaging consisting only of the shoe box or paper shopping bags will not be accepted.
  2. Request for return authorisation:
    Before returning the goods, you must request authorisation to return them by sending an email to ecommerce@contescarpemoda.it with the following information:
    (a) the manifestation of your wish to change the size of the item received or to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 64 of the Consumer Code;
    (b) the indication of the products for which you wish to have the size change or exercise your right of withdrawal;
    (c) (c) the progressive order number communicated by Biella Scarpe spa at the time of the purchase confirmation;
    (d) indication of the return method for orders chosen from: Return in shop (free of charge) , Return through our agreed courier (costs 8 euros for order from Italy), Return independently (shipping costs at your expense);
    (d_1) indication of the return method for UK orders chosen from: Return through our contracted courier (cost ____ pounds), Return independently (shipping costs at your expense);
  3. Shipment:
    The goods must be sent to the address Biella Scarpe spa , Via Cavour 58, 13894 Gaglianico (BI), Italy.
    In case of withdrawal (return for refund), as well as in case of return for size change, the transport of the return is always at the customer's expense. If you wish to send the goods independently, we recommend the use of a traceable shipment. Biella Scarpe spa will never be responsible for damage occurring during transport.

    If you have chosen to have the goods shipped by a courier company, please indicate in the email the date and address where you would like to collect the goods. The price of the return carriage of €8.00 or ____ will be retained in the refund. Your payment will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the purchase, within 30 days of receipt of the return at our premises.

    In case of using the Paypal payment method, it is possible to use the Paypal free return service available on https://www.paypal.com/it/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns . Biella Scarpe spa is totally extraneous to this type of reimbursement managed between the parties (customer and Paypal).

    Even in the event of a request for a size change, it will be necessary to proceed with the return of the goods using the procedures provided for the case of withdrawal and then proceed with a new order on the website.

    In case of return for faulty goods or goods not conforming to those ordered or for shipping mistakes ascribable to Biella Scarpe spa, the return shall be carried out by a courier at Biella Scarpe spa's expense, after booking the collection by the company.
